No need for a compass, pre-printed patterns, or special computer software programs. Just a pencil, ruler and coffee filter and you're on your way to a show-stopping quilt. Bring all those leftover 2-1/2" strips of batiks you've been saving!

Fabric Supplies for a 12 Block Quilt:
Block Size: 6"
1/2 yard black multi-print or other color of your choice for background
1/8 yard batik for inner border
Two LONG quarters (9" x 42") of contrasting fabric for border and binding
Several fat eighths or fat quarters and/or 2-1/2" leftover strips variety of batiks
Invisible nylon thread for machine top stitching
